The 76ers and Bulls competed in the second game of the evening on 10 December 2016 at North Highland Assembly of God's Church gymnasium.  Following the game, I was reminded that players, who report to support their team, are playing to win - not to lose.  That sometimes causes players to play outside of their position which causes them to make mistakes that end up having the opposite effect.  The 76ers pushed the Bulls to abandon their assigned responsibilities for most of the game and that put the Bulls at a disadvantage.  Eleven minutes into the game, the 76ers had established a 36 - 17 point lead over the Bulls.  The Bulls did all they could to keep the game close by grabbing 18 rebounds versus 15 for the 76ers, but the 76ers committed 11 assists and 9 steals to keep the Bulls at bay.  Troy McBride was the Bulls' leading scorer with eight (8) points, but that was not nearly to combat the assault the 76ers were performing.  Tony Campbell (#1) hit on six 3-pointers and a 2-pointer to lead the 76ers with 20 first half points.  Tim Sanks added 14 points along with nine (9) points from Willie Tennyson (#34) and six (6) points from Marcus Watkins to end the first half 49 - 29.

The second half was more competitive because both teams stayed focused and operated within their assigned roles.  Tim Sanks (#23), for the 76ers, and Bernard Jones (#11), of the Bulls, went on a shooting rampage to position their teams for a victory.  Tim Sanks led the 76ers with 25 points and the Bernard Jones (#11) led the Bulls with 21 points (all from 3-point range).  Desi Johnson (#10) joined Jones to contribute nine (9) points along with eight (8) points from Troy McBride (#8).  The Bulls scored an amazing 46 points in the second half.  Tony Campbell returned to give the 76ers eight (8) points along with six points from Willie Tennyson and Brian Short (#40), respectively.  The 76ers outscored the Bulls 50 - 46 as they accumulated 99 points and held the Bulls to 75.

The scorers for the Bulls were:  (#33) Ian Trowers with 7 points and 9 rebounds, (#10) Desi Johnson with 12 points and 9 rebounds, (#34) Leo Preyer with 8 points and 7 rebounds, (#7) Quantez Franklin with 7 points and 2 rebounds, (#11) Bernard Jones with 25 points and 3 rebounds, and (#8) Troy McBride with 16 points and 2 rebounds.

The scorers for the 76ers were:  (#1) Tony Campbell with 28 points and 4 rebounds, (#10) Tony Flemming with 2 points and 4 rebounds, (#23) Tim Sanks with 39 points and 5 rebounds, (#24) Marcus Watkins with 9 points and 4 assists, (#34) Willie Tennyson with 15 points and 10 rebounds, and (#40) Brian Short with 6 points and 6 rebounds.
